Cancellation, Returns, and Exchange Policy
Orders can be cancelled up until the point that they have been packaged for shipping. Refunds will not include PayPal and credit card fees as they are nonrefundable due to PayPal/Square's policies. Because of the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. With that said, impeccable craftsmanship and customer satisfaction are our highest priorities. Please contact us immediately if you are unhappy with any part of your purchase so that we can work with you to make things better.
